Abstract
It’s not clear that human well being depends on the interpretation of human beings as subjects of rights and there’re circumstances that make the rights speech useless against some kinds of oppressions. Besides,it’s important not to allow these legimitated objections to the human rights idea, to make us completely give up the idea.
