Abstract

Since the mid-seventies, international institutions have had played a crucial part in the reforms of the state administration in Africa. International organizations have created a specialized vocabulary with depoliticized discourses. The constant reforms of the African state call for a historically contextualized and long term state administration construction in Africa.
