Abstract

In March 2010 the European Institutions gave the green light to the visa liberalisation for some of the countries of the Occidental Balkans: Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. Although Bosnia, Albania and Kosovo haven’t reach this goal. This article describes this liberalisation process which began in 1999 with the Stability Pact and the Stabilisation and Association Process, and succeeded in agree traditionally set at odds countries.
