Abstract
This article analyzes the role of Argentina’s political leadership in the adoption of neoliberal reforms in the early nineties. In particular, studies the formation of a consensus between the two major parties of the political system on foreign policy, in its various dimensions, which made possible the deepening of international integration dependent. It will analyze the structural and economic conditions of that consensus gestation and their specific content.
