Abstract

The objectives of this projet are to design a program of tutoría! action for Adults and to intend to validate it.
The research was made in two pilot educational institutions of the Armed Forces, which had a different academic year.
We researched with two groups of individuals in both of them, named "Control Group" and an "Experimental Group". The near ages of the two grups were 42 and 24 years, respectively.
We thought these individuals would have different attitudes: before performing the program and after performing it.
We also thought the program should improve the efficiency in the study, the integration of the subjects into educational system and the teacher-pupil interaction.
In order to effect the research we used a pre-experimental design "before experience-after experience", in which the materials were a pre and pos-test question paper, interviews, observations and academic documentation, all of which prove our Hypothesis.
