Creativity assessment, Creative products, Interjudges agreementAbstract
This paper presents a critical review of the fundamental instruments and procedures used in the assessment of Creativity. Taking into account the tradicional distinction between person, process and creative product, a description of the principals psychometric tests of creative aptitudes and creative personality, as well as assessment procedures by subjetive judgements (of person, process and creative product), is presented here. After discussing several psychometric problems of the person -and process- centered procedures, some advantages of the product-centered assessment by procedures based on the interjudges agreement on multiple criteria of creativity are exposed.
