Abstract
In this text we present a description of the situation visualized in the city of Eldorado, Province of Misiones, Argentina, with regard to the problematic of disabled people (from here on PD) and the need of the implementation of an appropiate public policy of communication about their rights. The initial premise of this work is that if the public policy in charge of communicate about handicapped people rights is carried out in an appropiate way, it will benefit them with a better life quality. This would be favourable to them because they would achieve autonomy and real inlusion.Downloads
