Abstract
The college of doña María de Aragón in Madrid, no longer in existence, was built as of 1581 according to blueprints by architects Juan de Valencia and Francisco de Mora. This article chronologically analyzes the presence of Francisco de Mora in the construction process, and his contributions are amplified by documenting his involvement not only in the cloister, as already known, but also in the church and the house of trustees. It also provides the names of several artists who participated in both the construction and the artistic adornment and liturgical furnishings of the temple.
