Abstract

Due to the stress that the Curriculum in Secondary Spanish Language and Literature is trying to put on oral language as it did on written language, specific materials have to be made.
Up to now the syllabus and means of evaluation regarding this area have not been widely developed.
Por this level and mainly from Psycolinguistics, teachers may find new ways of evaluation.
The assessment test which is included in this article considers oral language as an activity which can be assessed not only in terms of linguistic competence but also of communicative competence.
This test may contribute with data to formulare individual diagnoses and, when given in groups, it may show how syllabuses have to be planned in order to develop and improve oral expression.
