Abstract
The figure of a teacher, with a long historical tradition of models and “images”, incorporates a wealth of aspects, which are difficult to list and analyze. Among them, figures there’s one referring to vocation, as an important concept in the teaching profession’s consideration. The current paper approachs some texts and manuscripts by two well-known Spanish philosophers: Manuel García Morente y María Zambrano; both of them contributing valuable reflections and observations of “deep thought” about the topic of vocation, which enrichs the theoretical consideration of education and educational labour.Downloads
