Abstract
This paper discusses the need of a close connection between school and family, as an essential element to make progress in education. We reflect on authority crisis, and the need of building this authority from the respect to the child, without coercion or punishment. We consider that incongruity between family and school education constitutes the basis of violence, aggressiveness and harassment existing in nowadays’ society. We plead for the establishment of a law that guarantees an integral support to childhood and that watches over childrens’ protection in a realistic and efficient way.Downloads
